- 1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper or 1/8 tsp. canned red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 medium green peppers
- 4 green onions
- 1 c. slivered almonds
Directions

1Cut up chicken, onions and green peppers.

2Mix soy sauce and cornstarch.

3Add in next 5 ingredients.

4Add oil to wok or electric frypan.

5Cook green peppers and onions.

6Remove from pan. Cook almonds for 1 to 2 minutes.

7Put in all chicken; add sauce until thick.

8Then add vegetables and almonds.
-
9Cover and cook 1 minute.

10Serve over rice.
