  • 1 lb skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 12 onion
  • 2 celery, sliced on diagonal
  • 34 cup almonds, separated
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 12 teaspoon cornstarch

Directions

    Dice chicken into 1 inch cubes.

    Combine marinade ingredients, add chicken and mix well.

    Let stand 1/2 hour.

    Heat oil in skillet, add chicken and stir fry until browned.

    Remove chicken and drain well.

    Stir fry, onion, and celery for about 1 minute, until vegetables are crisp-tender.

    Combine ingredients for seasoning sauce in a small bowl, mix well and add to skillet and boil for 2 minutes.

    Add chicken and 1/2 cup almonds to boiling sauce mixing until well coated.
