- 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. sugar or honey
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
- 16 oz. can mixed chunk fruit or cut up fresh fruits
Directions

1Dissolve gelatine in 1/4 cup water.

2Heat 1/2 cup milk and sugar in a pan until sugar is dissolved.

3Mix it with the gelatine.

4Then add 1 cup cold milk and almond flavoring.

5Stir it well.

6Put the mixture into a pie plate and place in refrigerator. When set, cut in diamond shapes.

7Pour syrup from the canned fruit over it.

8Garnish with canned fruit and mix carefully with a wooden spoon.

9Prettiest served from a clear glass bowl in small glass dessert dishes.
