  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 2 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped almonds

Directions

    Melt butter and add sugar, corn syrup and water.

    Cook to 300° (watch above 280°).

    Stir in nuts.

    Spread with cup of melted chocolate; cool.

    Break into pieces.
