- 2 c. heavy cream
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 oz. blanched almonds, ground
- 1 tsp. rose water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 5 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. brandy
Directions

1Combine cream and cinnamon in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove cinnamon. Add almond, rose water and sugar.

2Beat egg and yolks together in separate pan.

3Place over low heat and add hot cream mixture, stirring constantly.

4Continue cooking and stirring constantly until the custard coats a spoon. Stir in the brandy and chill.
