Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 small pkg. sliced almonds
  • 1 small can flaked coconut
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 large carton frozen dessert topping

Directions

    Combine sugar, margarine, almonds, coconut and flour.

    Place in a shallow baking pan; bake at 325° until brown, about 30 minutes, stirring often so it will brown evenly.

    Place 1/2 of this mixture in baking dish.

    Combine pudding mix and milk; beat according to package directions.

    Fold dessert topping into pudding mixture and spread over the crumb mixture in dish.

    Top with remaining crumbs and chill.
