- 1 1/2 tablespoons warm honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2Stir almond meal, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a bowl. Mix beaten egg whites into the almond meal mixture; scoop by teaspoonful onto prepared baking sheet.

3Bake in preheated oven until browned, 10 to 15 minutes.
