- 4 envelopes Knox gelatine
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 4 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Dissolve gelatine in 1 cup of water.

2Heat evaporated milk, 3 cups water and sugar to just below boiling point.

3Add gelatine to hot mixture and stir until mixed.

4Cool, then add extract.

5Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate until set.

6Cut into cubes and serve mixed with desired fruits - fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges, lychee, peaches are suggested.
