- 1 lb. fresh, frozen or home-canned green beans
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds or large pieces
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. oat flour
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt, sour cream or mashed tofu
- 1 tsp. garlic-herb seasoning
Directions

1Simmer green beans in salted water to cover for 15 minutes. Saute almonds in 1 tablespoon oil until lightly browned; remove. Add rest of oil to pan.

2Add flour to thicken.

3Stir constantly. Add yogurt.

4Mix until smooth.

5Cook until thickened.

6Add drained beans.

7Add other ingredients.

8Serve.
