  • 1 cup Raw Almonds, Soaked In Water In The Refrigerator Overnight
  • 13 cups Tahini
  • 1 clove Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large food processor and mix until a smooth puree is formed.

    For a slightly chunky texture, reserve 2 tablespoons almonds (unsoaked) and add right at the end of pureeing.

    Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
