- 1 cup Raw Almonds, Soaked In Water In The Refrigerator Overnight
- 13 cups Tahini
- 1 clove Garlic, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a large food processor and mix until a smooth puree is formed.

2For a slightly chunky texture, reserve 2 tablespoons almonds (unsoaked) and add right at the end of pureeing.

3Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
