Ingredients
- 6 loin pork chops
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 slices green peppers
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes, peeled
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 bay leaf (remove after cooking)
- 5 large potatoes, cubed
Directions

1In pot, fill with water 3/4 of the way and add pork chops. Cook until done.

2Remove pork chops and let cool.

3Set aside.

4In same pot you cook your pork chops and the same broth, add all your other ingredients.

5Bring to boil and turn on low.

6Cover and cook for about 45 to 60 minutes.

7Stir occasionally.

8Take pork chops off the bone and chop or cut into nice size pieces.

9Add to your pot of stew and any juice that drained off the pork chops; add to stew.

10Let simmer for another 30 to 40 minutes.

11Then add additional spices.
