  • 1 egg white
  • 1 12 cups icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions

    Chop almonds VERY fine.

    Add 1 egg white gradually, then 1 cup icing sugar and lemon juice.

    Knead with more icing sugar until a soft dough is formed.

    Roll out to desired shape, about 1/4 inch thick, and top fruitcakes.
