Almond Rainbow Cake

Ingredients

  • 200 grams self raising flour
  • 4 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200 grams soft butter
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cup icing sugar
  • 50 grams almond nibs
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder for dark brown colour
  • 1 tbsp milk for light yellow colour
  • 1 drop of red food colouring
  • 1 tbsp scew pine leaf extra or 1 drop of green food colouring
  • 4 ramekin or baking tray

    mix flour with baking powder with almond nibs then add eggs and butter with icing sugar whisk for 3 minute

    divide into 4 portion and add 1 tbsp cocoa powder for brown colour

    green colouring /red colour and milk colour

    pour brown layer of batter then milk batter ...green colour batter and red batter last

    bake at 160 C for 35 minute then slice up and serve
