- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. almonds, chopped or sliced
- 1/2 bag chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. ground almonds
Directions

1Put first 5 ingredients in heavy pan and keep on low heat. Cook until temperature reaches 300°.

2Pour into large buttered pan.

3Let set 10 minutes.

4Add 1/2 bag of milk chocolate chips on top.

5When melted, spread evenly.

6Spread ground almonds all over the top.

7Let set until cool.

8Hit bottom of pan on countertop to break into pieces.
