- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 beaten egg yolk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

2Add egg yolk and vanilla; beat well.

3Stir in flour and spread on cookie sheet.

4Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes (light golden brown). Sprinkle chips on hot cookie; let set 1 minute.

5Then spread and frost.

6Sprinkle on nuts.

7Cut in squares while warm and let set up.
