  • 8 tablespoons, 5-5/8 pinches Non-fat Milk
  • 1 ounces, weight Dark Brown Sugar
  • 2-7/8 ounces, weight Cocoa Powder
  • 1-7/8 ounces, weight Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1-1/2 ounces, weight Almond Flakes

    1. Pour the milk into a small saucepan.

    2. Add dark brown sugar. Heat over low fire.

    3. Add cocoa powder. Stir or whisk continuously over low heat.

    4. Bring the mixture to a boil.

    6. Add the protein powder and almond flakes.

    8. Spread the mixture on a nonstick tray. It should be about 2 cm thick.
