- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 slices diet bread
- 1/2 c. artificial sweetener (2 Tbsp. sugar substitute)
- 2 pkg. apple snacks
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in blender.

4Pour into 9-inch pie pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
