Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Rice Of Choice, Cooked According To Package Instruction
  • 1/2 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted And Sliced Thin And Short
  • 13 whole Zucchini Or Cucumber, Peeled And Sliced Thin And Short
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seed Or Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Soy Sauce, For Serving
  • Pickled Ginger, For Garnish (optional)

Directions

    Toss all ingredients except pickled ginger and soy sauce in a serving bowl.

    Add soy sauce to taste.

    Garnish with pickled ginger, if desired.

    Eat.

    NOTES: I used brown rice in place of sushi rice and ground flax seed in place of toasted sesame.

    This is just my take on the only roll I ever eat, so you could definitely change things up and add whatever you like; pickled ginger, smoked salmon, etc.

    I cut my ingredients into bite-sized slices.

    Definitely put more veggies or add-ins than the picture above, because, thats just for the picture only and as I got to the end of the bowl, there wasnt enough.

    Also, use a bigger bowl than I did.
