- 4 potatoes
- 1 tomato
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil

Directions

1Wash cauliflower and potatoes and cut into pieces.

2Heat the oil and add potatoes and cauliflower and leave it on medium flame for 5 minutes.

3Add chopped tomato, turmeric powder, coriander, red chili and salt.

4Cook it for 5 minutes.

5Serve it with rotis.
