- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
- 2 c. precooked ham cubes
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (10-inch) pastry shell, unbaked
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. milk, scalded
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Drain and chop broccoli.

3Layer one-half of the broccoli, ham and cheese in pastry shell.

4Repeat.

5Sprinkle onion over top and set aside.

6Gradually stir milk into eggs; add seasonings.

7Pour into pastry shell.

8Bake for 10 minutes.

9Reduce heat to 325°.

10Continue to bake for an additional 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven; let stand a few minutes before serving.
