  • 1 large pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips

Directions

    Heat 1/4 cup butter and soup. Blend in sour cream and onions. Stir in potatoes.

    Place in 9 x 13 pan.

    Place crushed potato chips on top. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
