  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 heaping c. chopped onion
  • 1 heaping c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 heaping c. diced celery
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. American cheese
