  • 8 lb Malt extract
  • 16 ounce Wheat bran -- crushed
  • 3 ounce Hops (hallertau)
  • 1 tsp Irish moss seaweed
  • 5 gal Water (up to 5 gal)
  • 1 pkt Yeast (liquid dusseldorf ale Or possibly dry ale)
  • 3/4 c. Priming suger

Directions

    Boil wort for one hour.

    Ferment at slightly lower temperature to get the proper character
