- 1 lb. medium peaches (about 3)
- 1 pt. blueberries
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- pastry for two-crust 9-inch pie
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Peel and cut peaches into 1-inch cubes.

2Combine peaches with blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and spices.

3Stir to mix thoroughly.

4Line a 9-inch pie plate with plastic wrap with 5-inches overhanging the edges.

5Spoon fruit mixture into pie plate.

6Freeze until firm.

7Unmold filling and fold plastic over frozen filling; put in one-gallon freezer bag.

8Freeze until ready to use.

9To bake, prepare pastry crust, line pan.

10Place frozen fruit filling in unbaked crust.

11Cover with top crust, crimp and seal edges.

12Cut steam slits in top.

13Bake at 425° for 45 minutes, then 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
