- 2 (16 oz.) cans yellow corn, well drained
- 4 eggs
- 1 pt. light cream
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Beat eggs lightly.

2Mix all ingredients together.

3Pour into 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole.

4Place casserole into 13 x 9-inch pan. Fill pan with enough water to come halfway up side of casserole. Put pan with casserole on middle shelf of oven.

5Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
