Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb beef stew cubes
- 2 large Idaho potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 white flour
- 3 cups of water
- 2 handfuls baby carrots
- 1 medium white onion diced
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 1 packages Mccormicks beef stew seasoning
- 1 some chopped flake leaf parsley
Directions

1Heat a pan with olive oil over med heat.

2Coat beef with flour remove excess.

3Brown beef on all sides.

4In the same pan sweat the onions and garlic until translucent.

5While onions are sweating cube potatoes.

6To a large pot add water, beef seasoning, and all the ingredients.

7Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for about 3 hours or until beef is tender.

8Stir in chopped parsley after removed from heat.

9Salt and pepper to taste if desired.
