  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1/2 c. Amaretto liquor
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds, browned in butter

    Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Sprinkle nuts over bottom and set aside.

    Beat all ingredients for 2 minutes.

    Pour batter over nuts in pan. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
