Amaretto Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 qt. boiling water
  • 46 oz. can unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 12 oz. can frozen orange juice, thawed and undiluted
  • 6 oz. can lemonade, thawed
  • 2 qt. water
  • 2 c. Amaretto
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. almond extract

    Dissolve sugar in boiling water.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Divide mixture evenly into 6 quart size, heavy-duty Zip-top plastic bags.

    Freeze.

    Remove each bag from freezer as needed.

    Let stand at room temperature until mixture is slushy. This is just as good without the Amaretto liqueur.
