- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Amaretto
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 (9 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
- miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Melt butter; add sugar, Amaretto, vanilla and salt.

2Add sweet potatoes and 1/4 cup juice from sweet potatoes.

3Mash and cook sweet potatoes until thoroughly heated.

4Add marshmallows and stir until melted.

5Put in casserole dish.

6Top with more marshmallows and chopped pecans.
