  • 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
  • 3 teaspoons caster sugar
  • 150 ml fresh cream
  • 13 cup Amarula cream liqueur
  • 50 g chocolate, grated
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin powder

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 12 cup toasted almond, chopped

Directions

    Mix together the gelatin and castor sugar and place to one side.

    Heat the cream and Amarula gently, be careful to not boil, remove from the stove and stir in the gelatin mixture.

    Stir till gelatin is dissolved and add the chocolate, stir till melted.

    Carefully pour the mixture into the glasses.

    Place the glasses into the fridge to set.

    Mix together the gelatin and castor sugar and place to one side.

    Heat the cream and Amarula gently, be careful to not boil, remove from the stove and stir in the gelatin mixture.

    Stir till gelatin is dissolved and add the honey and nuts.

    Carefully pour over the chocolate base, return to the fridge and set till needed.

    Remove about 5 minutes before serving and garnish and serve.
