- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. butter
Directions

1Pare apples; slice and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar.

2Arrange in 9-inch pastry lined pan.

3Sift remaining sugar, flour and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly.

4Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then in moderate oven at 350°, for about 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
