Ingredients

  • 80 ml Amarula Cream
  • 30ml White rum
  • Sprig of fresh mint
  • Pinch of freshly grated lemon zest
  • Twirl of lemon zest to garnish
  • Crushed ice

Directions

    Lightly crush the mint leaves between your fingers or with the back of a spoon.

    Place in a cocktail shaker or blender.
  3. 3
    Add remaining ingredients and shake or blend for 30 seconds.
  4. 4
    Pour over crushed ice into a martini glass.
  5. 5
    Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and/or a twirl of lemon zest.
