Ingredients: 3 c. flour; 1 c. mayonnaise; 2 large eggs; 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; 1/4 tsp. cloves; 2 c. white sugar; 1/3 c. milk; 2 tsp. baking soda; 1/2 tsp. nutmeg; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/2 c. walnuts or pecans; 3 c. peeled and chopped apples; 1 c. raisins

1 c. mayonnaise

1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 c. white sugar
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
3 c. peeled and chopped apples
1 c. raisins

In a large bowl on low speed, combine first 10 ingredients. Mix 2 to 3 minutes.

Mixture will be heavy.

Add apples, raisins and nuts.

Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake in oven at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.

Top with whipped cream when served.
