  • 1 lb. candy orange slices, finely cut with scissors
  • 1 (7 oz.) can flaked coconut
  • 1 tsp. orange juice
  • 2 cans Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar; mix thoroughly. Spread mix into lightly greased 10 x 15 x 1/2-inch pan and bake for 45 minutes at 275°.

    Remove from oven.

    Use a teaspoon to scoop out cookies.

    Form into balls with fingers.

    It's hot.

    Roll cookies in powdered sugar and place on waxed paper to cool.
