- 1 can sliced pineapple (cold)
- 2 to 3 peeled oranges, sliced
- squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- cold maraschino cherries or strawberries
- thawed cold Cool Whip
- Angel Flake coconut
Directions

1Peel and slice oranges.

2Squeeze fresh lemon juice on the slices and store, covered, in this refrigerator.

3Just before serving, drain the pineapple and cherries (or wash and hull strawberries).

4Use a large platter to arrange a layer of orange slices, then a layer of pineapple slices.

5Sprinkle coconut to taste over all.

6Spoon a dollop of Cool Whip into the center of each pineapple slice and top each with a cherry or strawberry.
