  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 4 c. cubed potatoes
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. celery slices
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 12 oz. pkg. Smok-Y Links, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, chunked

Directions

    Saute onions in margarine. Add potatoes, water, celery and seasonings. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce and simmer 15 minutes until potatoes are done. Gradually add a small amount of milk to flour. Blend. Add flour mixture to hot potatoes. Add remaining milk. Add Smok-Y Links and cheese. Heat through until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
