- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2/3 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. corn (fresh or canned)
Directions

1Grease baking dish with butter.

2Preheat oven to 350°. Separate eggs.

3Beat egg whites until stiff, not dry.

4Melt butter.

5Stir in flour quickly over medium heat; heat until smooth paste forms.

6Stir paste constantly while adding milk and allow the mixture to boil.

7Lower heat; add egg yolks, salt and pepper and corn.

8Mix; turn off heat.

9Fold in egg whites with rubber spatula.

10Pour in dish.

11Bake 35 minutes or until lightly brown.
