- 250 grams digestive biscuits or graham crackers
- 100 grams butter, melted
- 1 can (397 grams) Carnation Caramel
- 4 small bananas
- 300 ml whipping cream
- 1 grated chocolate, to decorate
- 23 cm (9in) loose-bottomed tart tin
Directions

1To make the base, process the biscuits until like fine crumbs, then tip into a bowl.

2Stir in the melted butter.

3Using the spoon press the mixture into the base and up the sidesof the tin to make a pie shell.

4Spread the caramel over the base - do not over beat or the caramel will become runny, simply spread with a spoon or spatula.

5Chill until ready to serve.

6Slice the bananas and scatter over the base.

7Whip the cream to soft peaks and spoon over the bananas.

8Top with grated chocolate or cocoa.
