Ingredients
- 400 grams castagna baking flour
- 3 large eggs
- 7 tbsp sugar
- 150 grams melted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 400 ml milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 50 grams cacao
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp orange extract
- 1 cup water, or 1 glass rhum, if desired
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 160AsC.

2Lightly grease a 25-cm (10-in) round cake pan and line the base with baking paper.

3Mix all ingredients, stirring well to combine.

4Pour into the prepared pan.

5Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, until cooked, the center is firm to touch and a skewer comes out clean when tested.

6Leave the cake to cool in the pan for 20 minutes before turning out onto a rack to cool completely.

7Dust with icing sugar.
