Ingredients

  • 4 strips bacon, cut finely
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup pork, boiled
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup shrimps
  • 1 tbsps. green onion, cut fine
  • 2 tsps. ajinomoto
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup carrots, finely cut
  • 1/2 cup cooked green peas

Directions

    Fry bacon until slightly brown.

    Remove bacon from skillet and fry the beaten eggs in bacon fat.

    Set some aside.

    Add cooked rice and fry for 5 minutes.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Add all other ingredients, cooked bacon and seasonings.

    Garnish with scrambled eggs, ham and green onion.
