  • 1/2 loaf bread
  • 2 cup fresh milk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup glazed fruits
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup caramelized sugar for bottom of loaf pan

    Dissolve sugar in milk.

    Remove bread crust and soak in milk mixture for 20 minutes.

    Add eggs, raisins and glazed fruits and stir gradually until well combined.

    Pour the caramelized sugar in the bottom of a loaf pan.

    Pour the pudding mixture.

    Bake in a pan of water over (350AsF) 175AsC oven, until done., about 40 minutes.

    Transfer in a serving dish.
