  • 40 None anchovy fillets, rinsed, drained
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled, quartered
  • 3 tsp fresh lemon thyme leaves

Directions

    Blend or process anchovies, oil, lemon juice, garlic and thyme until smooth.

    Transfer to a small serving bowl and stir in 2 tbsp boiling water. Serve.
