- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 4 c. Rice Krispies
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Mix dates, coconut, white sugar and butter. Cook 6 minutes. Cool. Add Rice Krispies, pecans and vanilla.

2Make balls and roll in confectioners sugar.
