- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 5 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients.

2Add yeast to water.

3Add oil and buttermilk.

4Add all this to dry ingredients and knead until smooth.

5Store in refrigerator in tight container, allowing room for bread to rise.

6Pinch off as much as needed at a time.

7Will keep up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

8Bake 15 minutes at 400° to 425° or let rise 30 minutes and then bake.
