- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
- dash of paprika
Directions

1Place cucumbers in a strainer.

2Sprinkle with salt; let stand for 30 minutes, tossing occasionally.

3Rinse and drain well.

4In a bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, sugar and pepper; add the cucumbers and stir well.

5Sprinkle with onions and paprika. Refrigerate until serving.
