- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water in a medium bowl. Mix in the Bisquick and milk until dough forms.

2Smooth into a ball on surface dusted with Bisquick.

3Knead 10 times.

4Roll 1/2-inch thick.

5Cut into 2-inch biscuits.

6Put onto ungreased cookie sheet.

7Let rise in a warm place 30 minutes or until soft and puffed.

8Heat oven to 425°.

9Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.

10Makes 9 to 11 buns.
