- 1 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 envelope active dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Mix dry ingredients together.

3Add eggs, oil and buttermilk, stirring until well mixed.

4Spoon into greased muffin pans and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
