- 1 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
Directions

1Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, yeast, salt and soda.

2Then mix eggs, buttermilk and oil.

3Add to dry ingredients. Stir well and spoon into well-greased cast-iron cornstick pan. Fill 1/2 full.

4Bake at

5450° for 12 to 15 minutes.
