- 300 ml light cream
- 200 g good quality white chocolate, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon gelatin, dissolved in 1 tblsp boiling water
- 250 g light cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- fresh berries
Directions

1Place cream, chocolate and vanilla into saucepan.

2Keep on low and stir till chocolate is melted.

3Stir in dissolved gelatine.

4Cool mix till it begins to thicken.

5Beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth and creamy with mixer.

6Gradually beat in cooled chocolate mixture.

7Spoon into 6 glasses.

8decorate with fresh berries.
