Ingredients

  • 300 ml light cream
  • 200 g good quality white chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin, dissolved in 1 tblsp boiling water
  • 250 g light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • fresh berries

Directions

    Place cream, chocolate and vanilla into saucepan.

    Keep on low and stir till chocolate is melted.
  3. 3
    Stir in dissolved gelatine.
  4. 4
    Cool mix till it begins to thicken.

    Beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth and creamy with mixer.

    Gradually beat in cooled chocolate mixture.

    Spoon into 6 glasses.

    decorate with fresh berries.
