- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 6 stiff beaten egg whites

Directions

1Make a custard of egg yolks, 3/4 cup sugar, lemon juice and rind.

2Cook over hot, not boiling water, until mixture coats the spoon.
